Dear Readers:

I have long been a proponent of eating healthy and the value of making recipes from scratch rather than out of a box.  Today, I came across a couple of articles about vitamins and vitamin supplements.  Of course, most people know that vitamin supplements are not a replacement for eating healthy, and sometimes over doing it on the supplements can be dangerous.
