Recipe for the Week - Pot Roast with Potatoes and Onions

Dear Readers:

This week its back to the basics...a recipe that should be in every cook's arsenal...Pot Roast.  The secrets to this recipe is slow cooking, a good cut of meat, and the 'gravy'.   Pot roast can be dressed up or kept simple, depending on your and your families tastes.
