Recipe for the Week - Chicken Vegetable Soup

Dear Readers:

After you have baked a whole chicken for dinner, have you ever wondered what to do with that leftover chicken meat besides making chicken salad?  This week I have a suggestion for you - make Chicken Vegetable soup.  At this time of year you can use fresh vegetables if you choose.  Also, I am finding that one of the best buys is a whole chicken.  Last week at my local grocer, I got it for 99 cents a pound.
