Recipe for the week - Pork Marengo

Dear Readers:

I am always looking for ways to use leftovers in recipes and this is one recipe where you can do that.  In this case you can use your leftover pork roast.  The dish has a lot of flavor and is not expensive to make.  This meal was always a great hit with my family.  Remember to get to my recipe page click on the word 'recipes' in the upper left hand corner.
