The information below comes to us from a source at the Pentagon.
A United States Army soldier—and die-hard Trump supporter—stationed at Camp Humphreys, South Korea, was overjoyed to finally receive the absentee ballot he had requested in late July, when he, 20, registered to vote and sent a Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) to his home state’s county (Travis County, Texas) election office. On September 15, the envelope arrived, late but better than never; the FPCA supposedly ensures that overseas Armed Forces members receive a ballot at least 45 days before an election. Still, he was confident that if he completed and mailed his ballot immediately, the notoriously slow Military Postal Service (MPS), which works in conjunction with the USPS, would reach Texas well ahead of November 3. Like his father and grandfather, who also served in the military, he was a staunch Republican and eager to vote for Ken Paxton and Greg Abbott so soy boy James Talarico and Gina Hinojosa wouldn’t turn his beloved Texas Blue.
