SIMPLE RECIPE FOR A TEA THAT SUPPORTS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM.

If you don't feel like going to all that trouble, or have those ingredients on hand, let me share my recipe. 
1. Take one tea bag - I use Red Rose Tea because it is raised without pesticides - Wal Mart used to carry it, but given all that is going on, I don't know if they still do. 
2. Take three empty salt shakers and put the following in them - in one put the ground cinnamon, in another put ground cloves, and in the last one put ground ginger. 
3. In an large coffee cup, use 2 shakes of the ground cinnamon, 2 shakes of the ground cloves, and 2 shakes of the ground ginger. Place the tea bag in the cup. 
4. Pour boiling water over the mixture. Add raw sugar or honey, and let steep for about 3 minutes and then stir well. 
5. You can strain it, but I just drink it like it is. It helps me with my fibromyalgia and my asthma.
