This week I want to introduce what may be to many of you a new food. It is called Quiona (pronounced kinwa). You can use this in a main meal, part of a salad, or as a dessert. It is highly nutritious, the most complete protein of any grain, and ideal for vegetarian or vegan diet. Besides all of that, it taste good. This week's recipe is Helen's Quinoa and Chicken One Dish Meal.
