Sorry vegetarians and vegans, this weeks recipe is not for you. I have many chicken recipes and this one is a simple one. You can use a whole chicken, or buy just chicken breasts (boneless) and cut them into medallions. This recipe will serve 6 and it is called Viennese Chicken.
