SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT - CONSIDER THIS...

AMG NEWS
EXPLOSIVE REPORT: WELL, WELL, WELL… Hormuz Barrels Are Back — Trump Says Gasoline Is a Refinery Problem as G7 Just Opened the Diesel Reserves — FOLKS, YOU NEED TO SEE THIS!

🚨 EXPLOSIVE REPORT: Hormuz is flowing again, but the fuel crisis isn’t over — Trump says refineries are now the real bottleneck as G7 opens diesel reserves and pressure builds on global energy markets.
President Trump posted on Truth Social, that what is driving up gasoline is no longer the Strait of Hormuz. Record numbers of barrels are moving again. The bottleneck, he said, is the word refineries: Ukraine hitting Russia’s, and blue states closing ours. California is the example he named.
Energy Secretary Chris Wright backed the split. Crude and U.S. gasoline production are up. Summer driving demand is easing. Diesel is the sore spot — the Russia-Ukraine war, China holding product off the export market, and two large California refineries shut under Gavin Newsom. National regular is about $4.37, down 11 cents in a week. California is still near $6.39. Diesel blew through $6 nationally in September and set records in California. Wright says both should keep falling over the next four weeks, into the midterms.
The lever Trump pulled is already public. After he threatened a U.S. diesel export ban, the G7 agreed to release up to 100 million barrels of oil and diesel over four months, with a front-loaded diesel release inside 20 days, coordinated through the IEA. No export bans among G7 members. Europe does not refine enough diesel for its own economy, so it stockpiles. Wright’s line: this is what those stocks are for.
Crude is not the same as fuel. You can reopen Hormuz and still be short gasoline and diesel if the refineries are offline. That is the whole argument.
