research indicates that caffeine may help boost long-term memory,

In a study published in the journal Nature Neuroscience,
researchers analyzed how caffeine consumption affected learning in 160
people between the ages of 18 and 30. In the first portion of the study,
participants looked at pictures of various objects and were asked to
determine whether they were ‘indoor’ or ‘outdoor’ products. After the
task, participants received either a placebo pill or a 200 mg caffeine
